The John F. Younger Special Care Center is a 58 bed Alzheimer's Care Unit. This facility was specifically designed as a nursing unit for the Alzheimer's population. The plan included a support services wing housing administrative offices, beauty shop, exam room, physical therapy areas and laundry. The Alzheimer's Care Unit features outdoor wandering courtyards, family rooms and activity areas designed to meet the unique needs of Alzheimer's patients, their families and the Manor Park staff.
