Lakeview Center was designed as a sales and administrative center to be located in a new 2,200 acre mixed-use land development. The center was to occupy a corner site marking the entrance to an area of proposed commercial development and bordering residential areas which surround a golf course and country club. Additional requirements included a highly visible street profile and second level maximizing views to the residential neighborhoods, golf course and club.
