Designed for the U.S. Postal Service, ClayDesta Station is a 30,000 square foot post office sub-station on a corner site in a new suburban office park.
A
simple rectangular plan was designed as a direct response to the design program
requirements. Public Service areas were placed along a south exposure of glass,
shaded to provide optimum solar benefits for both light and winter heat. Additional
space was provided at the west end of the box lobby for future expansion of
the lobby.
