Cap Rock Electric, a regional electric cooperative, purchased a building in 1992 for relocation of its corporate offices. In addition to designing the Cap Rock headquarters offices, all public areas and numerous tenant spaces were designed throughout the building. Additionally, exterior renovations, landscaping and signage design services were provided.
